iStore Billing Page Shows Expired Credit Card As Unexpired And Allows User To Place Order (Doc ID 1588472.1)

Symptoms

On version 12.1.3, Checkout and Order Placement

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Checkout shows expired credit cards as "Unexpired"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expired cards should be displayed as "Expired", so user can update the card before placing the order.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as B2B user or B2C user
2. Add item to cart
3. Navigate to Billing information page
4. View credit card list of values- see cards listed as unexpired
5. Navigate to Profiles. View cards as expired

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are given misleading information, and cause an overhead to the business to fix the issue in OM side.
