Error "Main Appraiser Does Not Exist As Of Effective Date" In Appraisals (Doc ID 1588573.1)

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP6 version

When attempting to start an Appraisal through Employee self service, on selecting a Main Appraiser, the following error occurs.

Main appraiser does not exist as of effective date

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility = Employee Self Service
2. Choose function = Appraisals
3. Select "Standard appraisal" and press Go:
4. Enter required information and press Next:

Get error message: 'Main Appraiser does not exists as of effective date'
