Whenever, Ship To Location is changed manually then End Customer Location should be updated as Ship To Location when the Ship To Customer and End Customers are the same. Using the Process Order API through forms personalization in when validate record when passing the ship_to_org_id as a parameter to end_customer_site_use_id to the API, it successfully updates end customer location in the oe_order_headers_all table. When using standard process, it is reverting the end customer location to the previous value.

When trying to add dependencies in oe_dependencies_extn package, it is always cascading the ship to location to the end customer location. However, the requirement is when ship to location is changed, the expectation is that the end customer location should be changed when the ship to customer and end customer are the same.  If customers are not the same, it is not allowing the user to change the ship to location manually.

How can user manually update the end customer location in the Sales Order form when it is required?
