In R12 iSupport Order Tracking Clicking On Details Hyper Link In Item Name Column Shows 'Null' In Header

On : 12.1.3 version, iSupport
When clicking on Item Name Details in the Order Details page of iSupport, 'null' appears at the title of the page.
The item details should be visible at the header rather than displaying Null.
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
> Go to iSupport Login.
> go to Accounts >> Orders >> Search for an Order Number
> Click on the Order Number
> In the item name section - Click on Details link
Then the forwarding page will have title as Null rather than the item details.
