ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

AGIS Approved Transactions are not transferring to AR (Receivables)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expecting the transactions to get transferred to AR (Receivables)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into AGIS Super user -> Approve the transaction and run 'Transfer to Receivables' program
2. Note the system is not transferring any transaction to AR
