"gtm.server.query.transaction.GtmTransactionQuery could not be retrieve" Exception Trying to Run "Mark for Purge" Within GTM (Doc ID 1589070.1)

Symptoms

When completing the ‘Mark for Purge’ for GTM TRANSACTION, receives the following exception.
"Error Exception Query <query> for class gtm.server.query.transaction.GtmTransactionQuery could not be retrieved"

This Occurs when Navigating to Configuration and Administration>Process Management>Mark for Purge
select the Data Query Type as GTM TRANSACTION this then brings the field Based on Saved Query, then move to enter a saved query that is attached for GTM.
