Alignment Issues in Multiple Arabic Forms (Doc ID 1589202.1)

Symptoms

In 10.1.2 Forms for App Technology, there are multiple issues with Arabic Forms across different modules.
. The issue is taken place with a number of standard Oracle Forms in different modules HRMS, Financials, and SCM.
. The issue is taken place with Arabic interface only; the corresponding Form English interfaces work fine
. After the AppsTier migration, Forms was upgraded (Oracle Forms Version : 10.1.2.3.0 and latest forms bundle patch 14825718) following instructions of Note:437878.1 - Upgrading OracleAS 10g Forms and Reports in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12
. Applied forms patch 16784403 per note 1563273.1 "Using The Date LOV in Arabic Session of Form Does Not Render Content"
