Users are unable to update data in the Additional Information for Agents DFF on Field Service Technician Portal The flexfield fields are greyed out and cannot be updated.
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Field Service Technician Portal > (N) Field Service Technician Dashboard 2. Select SR to update 3. Expand Show Service Request 4. The FlexField is displayed but you are unable to update.
