On : 12.1.3
Users are unable to update data in the Additional Information for Agents DFF on Field Service Technician Portal
The flexfield fields are greyed out and cannot be updated.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Field Service Technician Portal > (N) Field Service Technician Dashboard
2. Select SR to update
3. Expand Show Service Request
4. The FlexField is displayed but you are unable to update.
