Symptoms
When a user is creating a sales order a ship method appears in LOV. Thus, the user has an ability to select the ship method. The ship methods displayed in the LOV are valid ship methods.
Booking the order causes the following error message to be raised:
ERROR

Ship Method Code or Carrier Service Id is not valid.
STEPS
-----------------------
1) Order Management Super User Responsibility
2) Order, Returns
3) Sales Order
4) Enter order and select ship method from LOV
5) Book the order
