In NLS Session, Changing the UMX Role Name, or the Description, Updates Both Fields (Doc ID 1589983.1)

When working in a NLS session,  and those steps are performed :

1- Create a Role, with an original Name and original Description
2- Change the original Name and original Description to a new Name and new Description
3- Change again the Description to a 3rd Description

Then the Name will be also changed, to the original Name (from step 1), while it should still be the new Name (from step 2).

Running SQL on wf_local_roles_tl shows the issue.
