Goal

When running the API hr_contingent_worker_api.terminate_placement the following error is generated for any record

ORA-20001: PER_289974_TCA_PERSON: N, PROCEDURE, per_hrtca_merge.update_tca_person, N, STEP, 10, N, ERROR, You do not have sufficient privileges to update entities of type: Person parties. Contact your system administrator to obtain the appropriate privileges.
