The Note intends to point out quickly if one has or not properly installed AMP 4.1.x.

Errors on registering an EBS process on Cloud Control 12c:

Caused By: oracle.apps.fnd.oam.em.sdk.targetData.discovery.AppsDiscoveryException: Error while attempting to discover EBS on : DEMO( oracle_database ) using schema: em_monitor
Caused By: java.lang.NullPointerException



Nb: This note is to deal with the issue on The AMP 4.1, for AMP 12C version, please follow the below notes instead.
