ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In modifier number 30001 for transportation charges, in "discount/charges" tab, "include on return" is activated but when I try to submit an RMA order, charge is not calculated
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Charge should calculate on RMA.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OM Superuser
2. Enter RMA & Process
3. Run AR autoinvoice
