Symptoms

Upgraded to R12 and trying to create Payment Documents for all Bank Accounts.
Receive the error "Attribute InternalBankAccountId in PaymentDocumentAM.PaymentDocumentsVO1 is required" when trying to create the Document for some of the Bank Accounts, but not all.
