If Enter Already Used PPR Name, Receive "CheckrunName in PsrAM.PsrFullVO1 is required" Error And Clears The PPR Name

Information in this document applies to any platform.
If a user enter PPR name, what was already used, then enter template, it will give error message:
Payment Process Request Name - Attribute CheckrunName in PsrAM.PsrFullVO1 is required
Then it leaves the PPR name empty. If now user enter another name to the PPR name field, the template data is all gone.
Before the latest RPC patches, it gave warning that this name already exists and it worked correctly.
Also it was possible to enter template data before the PPR name.
1. Click Payment Process Request tab
2. Click Submit Single Request button
3. Select the template on Use Template field,not entry PPR name,error will occur.
The issue has the following business impact:
This is very confusing to use the PPR submit form now. If I enter the name what already was used, then the PPR name will be cleared out and it is not possible to go on in this window any more and it is needed to cancel this payment and start it over.
It is very confusing and will take a lot of time.
