System Parameter: Schedule Line On Hold Is Disabling All Scheduling (Doc ID 1590292.1)

Goal

The system Parameter: Schedule Line On Hold is set to 'No'.
You want to have this parameter to disallow scheduling only for the scheduling related holds. But it is not allowing to schedule orders with any type of holds.

You have setup the Holds Definition with Workflow Item as 'OM Order Line' and Workflow Activity as 'Line Scheduling' and the assumption is it should not allow scheduling only for these scheduling holds; but rest all holds should not prevent scheduling action.
