Goal

After following : 'Business Continuity for Oracle Applications Release 11i, Database Releases 9i and 10g [ID 216212.1]'

The following errors are encountered while attempting to connect to forms.

   APP-FND-01630: Cannot open file /oracle/.../fnd/11.5.0.secure/******.dbc for reading

   APP-FND-01662: Cannot get the value of environment variable GUEST_USER_PWD

   Your account does not exist or has expired.Please contact the Web Master or System Administrator.

Questions:

   Is it not supported to have BOTH the PRIMARY and DR(Activated) running at the same time?

   Should the Primary be shutdown before the disaster recovery instance is Activated/started ?

   Once the disaster recovery testing is completed, is it necessary to run Autoconfig again on Primary before starting it up and accessing it?
