On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Control

Concurrent request "Retry Errored Workflow Activities" is failing with the following error:

Item 'OEOL/xxxxxxx' does not exist.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
OM Superuser > Run Reports, Requests
