Goal

We are running organization level min max planning 

For part#10127354-001
min-max min qty :44
min-max max qty: 44
minimum order qty:16
Onhand:37
supply qty:20
demand qty:22
availablel qty:35
fixed lot multiplier:20
INV: Round Reorder Qty:yes

So order quantity before applying order modifier = min-max max qty: 44 - available qty 35 = 9
After applying order modifiers it should be 20 - but min max is suggesting 16.
