Cannot Submit Order If Customer Has A Credit Check Hold (Doc ID 1590670.1)

If a customer is following the steps :

- creates a quote for a customer that has a credit check hold

- add items to the quote, approves it and tries to place it as order

they get the following error :

Error messages from Order Management
Hold applied against order based on Customer
Error in Line: 1.0 :Could not schedule. Line on hold.
There is an error in order submission.

When they try to do the same thing in Order management, it allows them to create an Order with a note "Hold applied against Order based on Customer"
