Symptoms

 Can R11i OIE related responsibilities be opened from within Core applications? 

 For example, when attempting to access the "Internet Expense Setup" of Internet Expense Setup and Administration responsibility from within the core applications the following error appears:

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.
