On 12.1 HRMS RUP6

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After applying RUP6, if a user update or corrects a person's gender via the Personal Information function in self-service HR to the new values provided, Unspecified or Unknown, and then searches for the record via the Forms, they are unable to query that individual.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Expect the user to be able to query the employee hired in Self Service with Gender as either 'Unspecified' or 'Unknown'

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Log in to SSHR and select Personal Information. Select Update and correct the the Gender to Unspecified.
2) Log in to UK Super HRMS Manager and query the person for whom the gender has been changed.
3) No record can be found.
4) Search in the HR Views (e.g. Person View) and the person record can be found with a Gender of Unspecified.
