Benefits Self-Service When Attempting to Access the Confirmation Statement Page, Errors: "java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException"

Symptoms
When attempting to complete benefit enrollments in Benefits Self-Service, after clicking the Next button to access the Confirmation Statement page, the following error occurs:
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility Employee Self-Service and select the Benefits function.
2. Navigate through the enrollment train and click the Next button to access the Confirmation page.

Note: If a dependent or beneficiary is added prior to navigating through the enrollment train, the error does not occur.
