Symptoms

Attempting to run the Accounting Program and receive the following error while running the Create Accounting.

An internal error has occurred in the program XLA_00222_AAD_S_000002_PKG.EventClass_159. ORA-01403: no data found.

EVENT CLASS CODE = CREDIT_MEMO
The following events are present in the line extract but MISSING in the header extract:
Event_id = 8594802
Event_id = 8594803
