Search Agent Entry Details For WF_DEFERRED Errors (Doc ID 1591123.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, When performing "Search Agent Entry Details" for WF_DEFERRED from Oracle Applications Manager we are getting error message:

java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find resource for bundle oracle.apps.fnd.wf.oam.resources.WfResourceBundle, key WF_AA_UNDELIVERABLE


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into E-Business Suite as sysadmin user
2. Oracle Applications Manager ->Workflow-> Agent Activity -> Click on the check box for "WF_DEFERRED" and press the button "Search Agent Entry Details"
3. Keep Enqueue Date -> Last 60 days
  Dequeue Date ->Any Time
  Status -> Any
  & Press GO
