Spares Management: Parts Search> Order Status LOV On Part Req Search Page Is Not Working Correctly (Doc ID 1591279.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.2 version, Parts Requirement Search page

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The 'Order Status' LOV is getting the wrong values, i.e. those which don't match the order statuses from csp_parts_requirements_v. As a result the screen won't return the correct data if a user simply chooses a  value from the LOV and performs a Search. Users have to enter the Order Status existing in csp_parts_requirements_v before they can find the expected results.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to have correct Order Status value in LOV and find the Parts Requirements properly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in FSTP
2. Click on 'Search Parts Requirement' link
3. In 'Order Status' LOV, try to choose a value and search
