Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, FC Core

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
We are trying test for Electronic Funds Transfer where the issuing bank is Canadian Bank from iReceivables to Oracle Payments.
We have integration of Oracle Payments with Paymentech payment system. We selected the Issuing Bank with Routing number XXXXXXXX (8 digits).
After running receipt from iReceivables, then running Automatic Remittance Master Program and finally Create Settlement Batches in Oracle Payments.

When we confirmed with Paymentech whether they have received the settlement file, they mentioned that the transaction was Rejected because they received the transaction with leading 0 in Routing number: 0XXXXXXXX (9 digits).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Paymentech settlement file to include an 8-digit routing number for Canadian transactions without adding a leading 0.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create transaction for a Canadian bank account
2. Generate settlement file using Paymentech batch format
