Not Able To Delete Emails From The Queue In Email Center

Symptoms
On : 12.1.1 version, Message Component
When trying to delete an email from the message queue in Supervisor tab, the email does not get deleted.
Steps to Replicate
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps
1. Go to email center supervisor responsibility
2. Go to message queue
3. Select an email and click delete
4. the email does not get deleted.
The delete reason code also does not appear when trying to delete the email.
