Goal

How to prevent requisition move order transactions for a material status?

In the Material Status Definition form (INVMSDEF) there is no way to disallow Move order Transfer or Move Order Issue transaction types.
Disallowing Subinventory transfer transactions works fine but not move order transactions.
How to achieve this?

-- Business impact
Due to this issue, users are able to transfer item lots at HOLD status which is incorrect business practice.
