R12 Update Change Order Page Incorrect Impact Amounts (Doc ID 1591835.1)

The Update Change Order Page in Project Management displays incorrect impact amounts.

Project Super User-->
Create a project, approve it.
Create a budget and baseline it.
Create a Forecast and approve it.
Create a change order and approve it.
Implement impact on Budget and Forecast.
Go to Controls-->Change Orders-->Click on the Approved Change Order. CLick on update Change Order. Navigate to the Impact tab.

The Budget Impact Summary shows incorrect amounts.
It shows the current working Raw Cost and Burdened Cost for the budgets and forecasts after the impact.
It then shows the Project Change Order amount which has already been impacted which makes the total incorrect.

This page shows the correct summary when the implement impact for the Change Order is not done yet.

The Budget impact page should show the correct summary when the implement impact for the Change Order is done.
