On : 12.1.2 version, UK Payroll in Production and Test instances
When attempting to access the P11D via Employee Self Service
the following error occurs after 5-10 minutes of the form hanging
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Employee Self Service for someone who does not have any P11D details
2. Choose "P11D Reports"
3. form hangs
Note P11D opens fine for other users who have P11D details
