Symptoms
In TEST instance - After having applied 12.1 HRMS RUP6
When trying to run concurrent request "PTO Carry Over" get following error before getting to parameters screen
APP-FND-00806: The default value NHS Business Group is invalid for the P_business_group_id segment. Your default value will be ignored. Please inform your system administrator that:
concurrent request can be submitted but errors out and has t he following in log file :
System Error: Procedure US_PTO_CARRY_OVER at Step 1
Cause: The procedure US_PTO_CARRY_OVER has created an error at Step 1.
Action: Contact your system administrator quoting the procedure US_PTO_CARRY_OVER and Step 1.

Use responsibility : XXX HR Administration
Navigation :Requests > Submit Request
1. In the Name field enter PTO Carry Over. Upon exiting the field the error message below is received..
