Clarifications about the AP R12 Transfer Journals entries to GL versus the 11i Transfer to GL requests.

Why when running the R12 Transfer Journal Entries to GL the Leger Parameter for Secondary Ledger is not available in the LOV?
In 11i this functionality was available so it is expected to be available in R12 as well.
