On : 12.1.3 version, Portugal Localizations for AR

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After technical upgrade 11.5.10 to 12.1.3, Portuguese Customer Recapitulative Report displays different information for 2012 fiscal year.
There are several customer with different amounts.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that 11.5.10 to 12.1.3, Portuguese Customer Recapitulative Report displays the same total amounts for all customers.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to AR PT Responsibility in R11i
2. Run the Portuguese Customer Recapitulative Report
3. Go to AR PT Responsibility in R12
4. Run the Portuguese Customer Recapitulative Report using same input parameters than in step 2)
5.Match both outputs - totals do not match.
