Why Is Revaluation Still Happening On Accounts Which Have Been Disabled In General Ledger? (Doc ID 1592414.1)

Goal

After disabling one balancing segment and running the program GLNSVI - Program - Inherit Segment Value Attributes, which has disabled the account code combinations, why when run GLCRVL - Program - revalue balances, are these accounts getting revalued.

Also when try to post the revaluation journal, it fails to post due to: "Error7 - Showing invalid journal entry lines or no journal entry lines".
