Unable to close period due to unposted credit memo applications.

There are Unposted items showing on the Unposted Items report that are not picked up when running Submit Accounting.

The Subledger Period Close Exceptions Report does not show them either.

The diagnostics for period close, <Note.732194.1>, does mention the unposted items.
