UNABLE TO ENROLL EMPLOYEES IN A PAST CLASS, IF EMPLOYEE ASSIGNMENT IS UPDATED

Symptoms

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP6 version, Enrollment Admin

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Employee will not populate in Learning Management to add to class after changing HR Organization

While creating a class and adding employees into that class, there are  employees that will not populate to add to classes.
Even when the customers creates a new class, unable to query their names.
Customer is seeing more issue after employees are changing organizations and assignments since going to 12.1 HRMS RUP6.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the employees to populate after changing assignments.

 



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1.  Change assignment of learner.

2.  Learning Admin responsibility> Enrollment> Class Test> Enroll Learner.

3. Unable to locate learner in the bulk enrollment page when trying to enroll them in a end dated class.
