Cycle Count For Loaded LPNs Creates Mess In Adjustments Approval (Doc ID 1592646.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

During cycle counting we are running into the issue of work in progress inventory.
It looks like Oracle shows that the goods which are loaded but not yet dropped are still in the picking locator.
When a cycle counter needs to count that picking locator he/she will always count the locator correct but Oracle will show us wrong results.

Short example
<ITEM> in locator <LOCATOR>

Physical Oracle in Progress Counted Discrepancy
0 2 2 0 -2

Please note that the 2 are loaded and on their way to the stg area. If I approve this the system might adjust a qty of - 2.
If you do a re-count after the goods have been dropped we will get the below results.
