Invalid City Names Used By Employees To Change Address In Employee Self Service - City LOV for Address Doesn't Match City LOV for City Tax Rules (Doc ID 1592919.1)

Company headquarters is in Kansas City, MO. Noticed that employees who are changing their address have found and used several City values that are not setup properly for taxation. When an employee has a Kansas City address, they should use "Kansas City" as their city. However, the list of values for city, now contains 29 values with "Kansas City" followed by a "-" and then odd descriptions of different areas around the metro.

What are these city values and can we suppress them so employees do not have the option of choosing them when changing their address?

Why doesn't the cities LOV available for addresses match the cities LOV available in the City Tax Rules form?
