Company headquarters is in Kansas City, MO. Noticed that employees who are changing their address have found and used several City values that are not setup properly for taxation. When an employee has a Kansas City address, they should use "Kansas City" as their city. However, the list of values for city, now contains 29 values with "Kansas City" followed by a "-" and then odd descriptions of different areas around the metro.
Here are some examples:
- Kansas City-210highwaytdd
- Kansas City-Antiochcenter
- Kansas City-Briarcliffpkw
- Kansas City-Flintlockplaz
- Kansas City-Flintlockshop
- Kansas City-Noakvillageci
- Kansas City-1200main/Sout
The same problem exists for other cities including:
- Saint Louis, MO
- East China, MI
- Hixson, TN
- Kingwood, TX
- Henrico, VA
Could be others as well.
What are these city values and can we suppress them so employees do not have the option of choosing them when changing their address?
Why doesn't the cities LOV available for addresses match the cities LOV available in the City Tax Rules form?
