The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add values for 'LEGAL_ACTIVITY_CODE_PT' lookup code by following below navigation:
Receivables -> Setup -> System -> Quick Codes -> Receivables
2. Query for lookup code 'LEGAL_ACTIVITY_CODE_PT'.
3. Cannot see values for "CAE Primary Activity" in the legal entity setup
