Force Password Reset Not Working When Using iSupport System Administrator Responsibility (Doc ID 1593308.1)

Symptoms

If a password is reset through the System Administrator responsibility, the first time the User logs in with the new password, they are forced to reset their password.
If the password is changed using the iSupport System Administrator responsibility this is not the case. The user logs in with the new password and is not prompted to change it.


Expected Behaviour:

Need to have the User reset their passwords when logging in when resetting the password using the iSupport System Administrator?

Steps:

1. From iSupport System Administrator use the reset password functionality.
2. When User logs in they use the new password to login and are NOT prompted to change it.
