When attempting to  ship confirm or backorder lines via the Ship Confirm window in the Shipping Transaction Form the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error: One or more lines on the delivery xxxx cannot be Ship Confirmed

Error: One or more required segments in flexfield Additional Delivery Information is empty.
------------------------------------
Error: One or more lines on the delivery xxxx cannot be Ship Confirmed. These lines will be unassigned from the delivery if you continue. For more information click the details button.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User Responsibility
2. Shipping
3. Transactions
4. Select delivery detail
5. Select ship confirm
6. Select backorder all or ship confirm in ship confirm window
