Symptoms

 If you run "Post Mass Additions" for the JP-STL-EXTND assets, the FA_JP_FULLY_RESERVED_PC_NULL error is occurred.
However the imported assets meet the JP-STL-EXTND requirement.
NOTE: the JP-STL-EXTND is specific depreciation method for Japan.

  FA_JP_FULLY_RESERVED_PC_NULL error
  ----------------------------------
  The asset is not fully reserved.  The asset must be fully reserved before it can be uploaded.
