ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 Zero cash and normalized amounts are being created from 2nd term onwards for payment terms with annual frequency

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 Expect Schedules and items program to calculate cash and normalized amounts correctly for all payment terms

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add lease and create 2 normalized annual payment terms in 2 years.
2. Finalize the lease
3. Found cash and normalization is calculated correctly for the 1st payment term only while zero amounts are calculated for the 2nd payment term.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, lease data is not correct.
