On : 12.1 HRMS RUP5 version, Install

After publishing the Performance Management Plan, when accessing the PMP using Manager Self- Service ,  the following error occurs:

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Publish a plan
2. Manager Self-Service
3. Click Performance Management
4. Receive the error
