iStore Search Not Working. Error In Optimizing Index IBE_CT_IMEDIA_SEARCH_IM (Doc ID 1594251.1)

Goal

On Test : 12.0.6 version

iStore search is not working, users are unable to search for products as the index IBE_CT_IMEDIA_SEARCH_IM is not being optimized.

ctx_ddl.optimize_index command is returning an error while optimizing the index in FAST or FULL mode.

Error - ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:
DRG-10535: failed to optimize text index IBE_CT_IMEDIA_SEARCH_IM

Doc ID 1279165.1 appears to be for a similar issue, should the fix in this document be applied ?
