When Running Some Reports in French Canadian (FRC) Language, the Report Is Displayed in English (ENG) Instead Of French When 'ICX Territory' Set To US (Rather Than Canada) (Doc ID 1594445.1)

Symptoms

When ICX profile « ICX : Territory » is set to United States ( États-Unis), reports when run when logged in as FRC are still printing in English.
The profile : « ICX : Language » is correctly set to French Canadian (Français (Canada)) and the user is logged in with that language.

1) is user is logged in and operating in the Canadian French language:
  profile « ICX : Language » is Français (Canada).
  profile « ICX : Territory » = Canada

2) is user is logged in and operating in the Canadian French language:
  profile « ICX : Language » is US English
  profile « ICX : Territory » = Canada

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. set the system as :
  profile « ICX : Language » is Français (Canada).
  profile « ICX : Territory » = Canada
2. Log into the system as a FRC User
3. Run one of the reports listed above
