On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Details
Unable to add Unpaid reason for transactions of class Payments from Collections Manager
When you add "Unpaid Reason" for transactions of class Payment from the Aging tab in Collections Work Bench, the entered value and it is stored in back-end table but the entered value is not displayed when you query that transaction from the application.
Responsibility: Collections Manager Navigation: Collections > Query The transaction of class Payment > Aging tab Click on transactions Right click on the transaction Select Unpaid Reason from the LOV Save
