On : 12.0.6 version, Service Request

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Urgency LOV in the Create Service Request page does not include the description column.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Urgency description should be available.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In iSupport initiate the creation of a new SR.
2. The Urgency LOV doesn't provide a Description
