Symptoms
Some items sourced to Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) are being picked up by the Create Releases program even though the associated Approve Supplier List (ASL) record has release method as Autocreate.
Steps to reproduce
1. Create a requisition manually with item XYZ
2. Approve the requisition
3. Create a valid local ASL with the item XYZ and source the ASL to a valid BPA, change the generation method of it to 'Release Using Autocreate'
4. Run Create Release concurrent program
5. Release is created automatically based on the requisition
